Our Leadership Advisory services include both individual and group engagements aimed at:

  • Educating leaders about their roles and responsibilities in governing and managing ethics.
  • Equipping leaders with the essential tools necessary for fostering an ethical culture.
  • Consultation with boards and board committees to clarify their roles and responsibilities in the governance of ethics.
  • Assisting social and ethics committees in tailoring their terms of reference, reporting frameworks, and work plans while ensuring alignment with other board committees.
