This video-based ethics learning programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to:

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of ethics in organisations.
  2. Recognise the significance of ethics in business.
  3. Grasp the roles that both managers and employees play in upholding ethical standards within their organisations.

This video collection delves into ethical dilemmas commonly encountered in the workplace. Each video features short, approximately 3-minute clips skillfully enacted by professional actors. These videos serve as excellent tools for facilitating ethical discussions and are well-suited for integration into online learning platforms. While originally created for the public sector, the themes explored are equally relevant to the private sector and State-Owned Enterprises (SoEs). The available themes include Gifts and entertainment, Procurement irregularities, and Political appointments.

This programme illustrates that managing ethics within an organisation is not only possible but can be done in a structured manner. We showcase the existence of practical leading practices for ethical management. The programme consists of three modules, each containing several shorter video clips:
