Narisscia Campher

Narisscia Campher is the Communications Portfolio Manager at The Ethics Institute, where she leads the organisation’s communications function. She is responsible for the Institute’s strategic communication and works closely with colleagues to ensure communication supports organisational priorities.

With more than a decade of experience, Narisscia has worked in governance, healthcare, and the non profit sector. She has established communications functions and helped organisations communicate with greater clarity during periods of growth and change. She also serves as Communications Manager for The Whistleblower House, South Africa’s first independent organisation dedicated to supporting whistleblowers.

Narisscia holds an MPhil in Strategic Communication Management from the University of Pretoria. She is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) and a Certified Ethics Officer.

She believes communication deserves a place at the leadership table. When it is approached strategically, it gives organisations a stronger voice and helps ensure their work is understood by the people they exist to serve.
