Ethics and Anti-Corruption Training
This workshop provides participants with an introduction to corruption. It highlights how employees may inadvertently become involved in corruption, equips them with the ability to recognise warning signs, and guides them to harness their moral courage to avoid corruption.
This workshop aims to highlight the link between an ethical organisational culture and resilience against corruption. A conversation is facilitated with employees about the role of the individual and the organisation in preventing corruption.
During the workshop, the following themes will be introduced and explored:
- Understanding key ethics concepts
- Understanding corruption and its impacts
- Empowering the individual to combat corruption
- Empowering the organisation to combat corruption
The course can be facilitated as either a half-day or a full-day session.
After successfully completing the EOCP and the practical assignment, participants are awarded accreditation by the Stellenbosch Business School (SBS) and TEI as Certified Ethics Officers.
In addition, all newly certified Ethics Officers receive public recognition on TEI’s website and are automatically enrolled as TEI Supporters, with their first year of subscription fees covered.
