Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

I wanted to gain a better understand of what Ethics means and how best to apply it in my daily life and at my organization.

How did it benefit me personally?

I believe that I now can confidently assess a decision or situation and know that it is either ethical or not.

How is it benefiting my company?

I can help other employees and colleagues within the organization with ethical dilemmas and assist them in understanding how to make ethical decisions.
