Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

Part of my portfolio is to run Ethics in my company. Formalising qualifications and applying new and current ethic principles are beneficial and value adding to everyone involved.

Confirming the base of ethics and growing of ethics with new ideas/principles.

How is it benefiting my company?
