Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

I am working with the Joint Committee on Ethics and Members Interests and I wanted to learn more about ethics and have a broader knowledge on ethics

How did it benefit me personally?

It benefitted me significantly as now I know what is the concept of ethics, the challenges/dilemmas and how to manage ethical conduct in the workplace.

I can say I have learnt a lot on bigger picture on ethics management

How is it benefiting my company?

There are programmes that are already in place and I just need to be part of the team and impart the skills and knowledge I have already learn from the Ethics Certification Programme.
