Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

To get a thorough understanding of ethics management in organizations, including how to institute and operationalize an ethics management program.

How did it benefit me personally?

A deeper understanding of the complexities of business ethics, especially business ethics as practice. It also provided insights in how to manage particular business ethics tensions that emerge in organizations e.g balancing ethics talk with ethics ‘shouting’

How is it benefiting my company?

I can now conduct ERA’s (ethics risk assessments) independently, facilitate focus groups, conduct ethics training workshops and devise ethics risk management strategies including ethics activities
