Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

My work also entails implementation of the Company’s Ethics Programme. It was necessary that I become a Certified Ethics Officer

How did it benefit me personally?

Now I have confidence to start an Ethics Programme from scratch and implement it until it becomes institutionalized.

How is it benefiting my company?

The Company is confident that the team that champions its Ethics Programme are Certified Officers who know what they are doing to ensure that ethics as a Programme is inculcated in every employee’s mind and also have the Confidence to guide the Board and Exco members of all Groups of Companies of Vodacom without waffling.
