Why did you attend the programme?
I have always been curious about ethics: what ethics is, how ethics fits into my personal life, as well as how ethics management fits into the work that I do.
How did it benefit you personally?
While there is still a lot to learn, I can speak confidently on the topic. I am also in a position to make more ethically informed decisions.
How is it benefiting your company?
Internal audit has assumed the consulting role in formalizing our ethics management program (joint effort with risk management). The information gathered and lessons learned while completing the practicum is coming in handy.
