Why did you attend the programme?
To link with ethics subjects precisely as a lecture in corporate governance and organisationla behaviour. It is also expectied of me to influence ethics training programs country-wide.
How did it benefit you personally?
It increased conceptual knowledge and background on ethics governance and ethics management, as well as provided new empirical data and understanding on ethics awareness, ethics strategy, and ethics management. My intended phd programme on corporate governance will benefiy from it.
How is it benefiting your company?
Expecting ethics agenda to starting to be part of ISCTEM´s daily business and affairs. Expecting isctem to become member of a national ethics’ institution (Eg. Iodmoz) and an international ethics member, and expecting to act as ethics trainer on behalf of ISCTEM.
