Why did I attend/Why did my company send me?

There was a need to understand the role of the Ethics Office and Ethics officer.

I was also interested in conduct Ethics Risk Assessment.

How did it benefit me personally?

I obtained in depth knowledge on the theories that drive behaviors and developed a skill in conducting Ethics Risk Assessments and interpretation thereof. I am confident in the subject of Ethics and how to implement an Ethics Programme through the establishment of an Ethics Office.

How is it benefiting my company?

Recommendations from the practicum have been shared with my former organisation. As a Certified Ethics Officer, I am tasked with enhancing the ethics office with lessons learnt from the interaction with Ethics Institute SA
