Why did you attend the programme?
MBCA sent me to attend the course as part of its strategy to kick start the establishing of an Ethics Office in the Bank.

As a lawyer it was important for me to get a clear understanding of the separation between ethics and the law.
How is it benefiting your company?
MBCA has adopted the King III soon to be King IV principles of good corporate governance and as part of the move towards integrated reporting steps were taken to establish an ethics culture, for staff, clients, shareholders and suppliers of the Bank.
