Why did you attend the programme?
To ensure that I have the knowledge and skills required for my new role as business ethics officer.
How did it benefit you personally?
I gained some insight into how strategies work with ethics and what the benefits are. I also now have a greater understanding of the ethics culture in the business unit I am working with and have an idea of where my efforts must be focused.
How is it benefiting your company?
Yes, there is. With the knowledge I now have I will be able to implement strategies to improve on the ethics culture in the business.
