Why did you attend the programme?
I attended the course to learn more about the importance of ethics in business and how to practically apply the principles in the business I work in. The company sent me to attend the course as our focus is shifting from pure compliance to that of ethical business.
How did it benefit you personally?
I now have a better understanding of the importance of ethics in business and the practical application thereof. I am now able to identify situations where ethics is important but not even considered by the parties involved.
How is it benefiting your company?
Attending this course has helped me to change my approach when dealing with ethical matters, instead of my approach being purely from a compliance perspective, I now take the ethical perspective into consideration as well.
