Why did you attend the programme?
As a Certified Fraud Examiner, I attended the training so as to develop my knowledge in good corporate governance and grow further as an ingenuity leader. My department sent me because I am a driven leader who is an asset to contribute to the vision of good governance within the organisation.

How did it benefit you personally?
Personally, this training has enhanced my sense of self-ethical leadership and emotional intelligence to lead self effectively and to be able to lead and mentor others. Professionally, as a contributor of good corporate governance,  the training has enhanced my knowledge, capabilities and skills in effective PREVENTATIVE MEASURES as a proactive action in the fight of fraud and corruption.

How is it benefiting your company?
My department is striving to build ethical leadership within the organization. Capacitating managers like myself with this knowledge is the initial stage to the vision. I can now provide leadership in driving ethics programme within the organization.
