Why did you attend the programme?
I attended the course as this was part of my personal development plan.
My organization also requested me to attend the course as a curriculum developer and Instructional designer because of a need to design an ethics online course for my organization.
How did it benefit you personally?
Being a conscientious person I have benefited a lot as the course really instilled a high level of professionalism in everything that I do at work including the community at large.
How is it benefiting your company?
My company, like other organisations adheres to ethos of good governance and has a number of policy directive that guide its operations. The training is going to benefit my company as all staff who are trained are expected to take leadership role in issues related to ethics.
