Why did you attend the programme?
I attended because of self- empowerment and up skilling myself around the Ethical Conduct / Behavior – plus also to be aware of what Corporate Governance dictate.
The Bank send me to hone my skill and be equipped to be the ambassador of the bank when it comes to general Ethics in the works space – plus to champion the cause of Good Conduct.
How did it benefit you personally?
I have grown as a person and fully understand how far Ethics go, be it in my personal life or in the work space – we all have to operate within the confines of the rules of the game and rules of engagement (comply even if nobody is looking).
How is it benefiting your company?
The company will only be sustainable when its leaders plus the whole general work force is honest and ethical – thus cementing the brand image as Good Organization that carries the interest of public and the environment at its heart. Conduct of any corporation must be beyond reproach at all times.
