Why did you attend the programme?
I was given the opportunity to attend this course because I did not have any training or basics in ethics but was appointed as an Ethics specialist after the restructuring of the organisation. I wanted to have basic skills especially in training about ethics, assessing risks related to ethics and resolving ethical dilemmas daily.
How did it benefit you personally?
The training provided me with the techniques and skills both theoretically and practically.
How is it benefiting your company?
As a newly formed office, the training has intensified the organisation ethics programme.
