Why did you attend the programme?
I submitted a request to management that I wish to undergo some training that will equip me with knowledge on ethical issues so that I can be able to make informed presentations to our clients.
How did it benefit you personally?
At the moment I confidently articulate ethics issues in different settings. I have even made a significant change in some areas with regard to the way I have been conducting myself at home, at church and in some gatherings because I am ambitious to set a tone everywhere in my life.
How is it benefiting your company?
The D.C.E.C. is still to benefit a lot as I was awaiting my certification so that I can advocate for establishment of an ethics office and development of code of ethics as the starting point to implementation of the programme.
