Why did you attend the programme?
I attended to gain a deeper understanding of Ethics and determine the best possible ways of transforming our workplace into an environment which upholds the strongest value for ethics. My Municipality sent me as the head of legal services to ensure that my municipality complies with all legislative requirements required of us.
How did it benefit you personally?
The course has forced me to take cognizance of all decisions I make and to question my motives behind every decision taken.
How is it benefiting your company?
An Ethics Risk assessment was conducted and the findings were conveyed to Senior Management.
