How did it benefit you personally?
It certainly helped me to put Ethics in business and in a personal capacity into perspective. I have become more aware of engagements in business on a more ethical level, as opposed to taking things for granted.

I am able to add more value to my company, in the form of being able to assist with certain initiatives around ethics.
