Why did you attend the programme?
My Department adopted Zero tolerance to fraud and Corruption. Therefore, there is an increasing demand to educate employees on Ethical Values.
How did it benefit you personally?
I will be able to prepare Ethics Strategy and change management model of my department and will be able to conduct ethics training in the strategy and ethics training for the employees. Policy framework will be developed for my organization.
How is it benefiting your company?
Now, the organization produced an Ethics Officer who is act as Advocacy for Ethics in the organization.
