Why did you attend the programme?
During my time at Pioneer Foods I was employed as the Manager Group Sustainability and with that I was also responsible for managing the Groups Ethics Programme.
I attended the course to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively develop, implement and improve our ethics programme and our ethics culture.
How did it benefit you personally?
It provided a great mix of theory and how to apply it in an organizational environment.
It provides a great framework for implementing an ethics programme and gave me the assurance that what we were doing was in line with best practice.
How is it benefiting your company?
I reported on our ethics programme / progress to our Board of Directors through our Social & Ethics Board Sub-Committee. It gives all stakeholders the assurance that our ethics programme was in line with best practice governance standards and also established a baseline ethics culture to build on.
