Why did you attend the programme?
I belong to the Internal Affairs, a newly formed Department in MRA which has a goal of upholding integrity within our organization. Within the department, I am in the ethics section. Being a new department altogether, the organization decided to improve my capacity in order to effectively perform my duties by sending me to the Ethics Officer Certification Programme (EOCP). I opted to attend the training by ESA following a recommendation from a friend who previously attended a similar course.
How did it benefit you personally?
The training has given me more energy and confidence in my area of work. It has also imparted in me the necessary knowledge to assist in establishment and running of the ethics programme and making it vibrant.
How is it benefiting your company?
The company now has an employee who is fully equipped to make the ethics and corruption prevention possible and alive.
