Why did you attend the Ethics Officer programme?
I chose to attend on my own initiative because I have chosen to change careers altogether, from regulatory risk to ethics risk. In my opinion, there is more room to make a difference through the practice of ethics risk management, it is a much broader and deeper discipline, and less defined through a set of frameworks. 

 

How did it benefit you personally?
I am busy implementing the change mentioned above, the first step being that I am embarking on a PHD in Ethics through the University of Johannesburg.
