Why did you attend the programme?
Studying ethics has been something I have always wanted to do as I enjoy culture and people.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
Studying business ethics has helped me understand people and behaviour at organisations. It has taught me how to build an ethical culture (within my department).

How is it benefitting your company?
I have been tasked with the whistle blower implementation within the Naspers Group and communicate to employees on how to report unethical behaviour. I am also forwarded emails to assist others with ethical dilemmas.
