Why did you attend the programme?
I wanted to know more about this new world of ethics. My company is well involved in the practice of Good Governance and I was identified to participate in this EOCP.

How did it benefit you personally?
The course was well led and met my expectations as regards ethics. It has given me opportunity to go deeper into the world of Ethics through reading, internet research, survey analysis and discussion with top management, colleagues, and employees at all levels.

How is it benefitting your company?
My role now will be to implement an ethical culture in the Terra Group as from 2014 by using the methods/plans I have mentioned in my Practicum.
