Why did you attend the Ethics Officer Certification Programme?
 The reason I attended the course was to gain insight with regard to the differences between ethics and values and what impact does an organisational culture have on an individual. How and what guidance should be provided to employees where they are faced with ethical dilemmas. 

How did the programme benefit you personally?
The course has helped me identify the elements/framework that should be in place in order to have a well functioning ethics office and an ethical environment.

How is it benefitting your company?
We are well equipped with the necessary knowledge to establish an ethics office.
