Why did you attend te programme?
I attended the Ethics Training prgram because ethics plays a very imortant and critical role at Telkom. My function in forensics allows me to work very closely with the ethics office as we experience numerous ethical dilemmas in our daily duties.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
Each im I am faced with an ethical dilemma I now ask myself this questions is this ethical? I have also learnt and observed the different approaches to ethical issues tha can be applied in my oranisation.

How is it benefitting your company?
There are not many ethical officers within the organisation with me being one of the few the company can benefit a lot from my experience and practical knowledge that I have gained. We as a company can continue to improve and enhance our ethics program by living ethics and making it part of our daily lifes.
