To acquire international best practice and develop the skills to impact on the Company’s tripple bottom line.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
If it was for the sake of acquiring knowledge, then I am better placed to rally all stakeholders to align their practices with the stated values of the company. I met peers in the industry whose support is an asset that I can always count on.

How is it benefitting your company?
Through this course, I was better placed to review the Code of Ethics and other policies. This communicated a clear standard of expected behaviour to all stakeholders. Therefore, everyone understands that the are accountable for their actions.
