Why did you attend the programme?
I attended this programme to boost my skills and expertise on integrity and ethics, to learn more about ethics which is an integral part in my profession as an auditor and eventually dissemintae the information and create ethics awareness in the Authority and the wider shipping industry. This could change and improve the organisational culture, behaviour, and deliver the strategic objectives of the Authority as per the service charter.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
The programme has improved the way I look at situations, the approach I apply in making business decisions, how I relate with various business units, and more so, the benefits I receive while promoting and living ethical values.

How is it benefitting your company?
I am currently heading integrity and ethics issues in the Authority and creating awareness among employees and the Board. In addition, I am involved in amending the Authority’s Code of Ethics in line with the constitution and developing various ethics related policies which will bring a bigger impact on the Authority’s organisational culture change and behaviour.
