Why did you attend the programme?
I wanetd to get a full understanding of ethics (theories and background), strategies and methods of managing ethics as well as how to deal with unethical behaviours in organizations.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
I gained knowledge, skills and expertise of managing ethics in the workplace. I have personally know how to make ethical decisions e.g. the four stages – is it legal? Is it in line with company’s policies? Does it impact on stakeholders? And can it be disclosed to peers and public?If no, the issue is unethical and should be abandoned.

How is it benefitting your company?
We are unable to do integrity assessment especially in the risky departments – Procurement, Finance and HR. We have also formed Ethics, Risk & Compliance committee to help do ethics and risk analysis register and mitigation strategies.
