Why did you attend the programme?
I have a passion for promoting ethics and good governance beyond Kenya. I attended this course to build my capacity as a trainer and practitioner.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
The course was practical and ethical decision-making is now part of my day to day professional and personal life. The certification programme has energised me by elevating my teaching skills. I am transformed from theorist to practitioner. I find myself capable of assisting organisations establish structures and processes for ethics management.

How is it benefitting your company?
As an ethics reference organisation that is envolved in training, advocacy and advisory, the tools on institutionalising ethics are valuable. Ethics Management is becoming a core component of managing public affairs and mitigating corrupt practices. Kenya’s constitution has entrenched strong foundations of ethics and hence the Ethics Institute has tremendous opportunity to make contributions. This certification provides the brilliant confidence to engage with government and other stakeholders.
