Why did you attend the programme?
I wanted to learn the practicalities around implementing and monitoring ethics and building an ethics culture within my organisation.
How did the programme benefit you personally?
Immensely – I learnt the theory and practical tools to achieve the above.
How is it benefitting your company?
Well received – have rolled out an ethics training module throughout the group and am working with internal audit to develop a system internally to measure, monitor and assess the ethical culture and values of the organisation.
