Why did you attend the programme?
I attended the course so as to be able to improve the ethics office and its function. To be able to draw up a proper structure for the ethics office and also to get strategies on how the office can achieve what it was established for, and be run efficiently and effectively . Furthermore to learn how to develop an ethics management program. To get to learn on how to report on ethics and any other associated to ethics.
How did it benefit you personally?
I developed skills, knowledge, confidence and ability to carry out my work as an Ethics Officer.
Experiences shared are very helpful in my day to day life as an Ethics Officer.
How is it benefiting your company?
There is now clear direction, focus and goals of the Ethics Management Program. The timelines of the program for the financial year are now realistic. Application of what I learnt is helping the employees embrace ethics in the organization.
