Why did you attend the programme?
Individually I am passionate about Governance and ethics in organisations and the tremendous impact they can have to the performance and future sustainability of organisations. There is a growing emphasis on good corporate governance port the financial crisis in 2009 and hence the knowledge obtained in this course helped to shape my clear understanding and how we can continually assess and improve the ethical culture within organisations. Being part of the leadership team for Institute of Internal Auditors in malawi, I will ensure that the knowledge gained here will be shared to internal auditors and other key stakeholders to promote good governance and ethics.
