Why did you attend the programme?
I have a passion for ethica practices at the workplace, I realized that the department does not have a Code of Ethics and there is no Ethics Officers. It is a dire need for the department to have Ethics Officers in their staff establishment. There are a lot of cases which could best be resolved by the Ethics Officer.

How did the programme benefit you personally?
I feel that I am competent, I will be able to assist the department on all ethical issues.

How is it benefiting your company?
Ethics Officer staff establishment will be included in the Hospital staffing plan. Ethical issues will be resolved by a person with sound ethical judgement.
