Why did you attend the programme?
There is a need to raise the bar on ethics within Vodacom Lesotho and with a lot more individuals who are trained on ethics, the company will continue to be trend setters in ethics.

How did it benefit you personally?
I have more knowldge that guides the decision I make and how I advice colleagues regarding ethical issues.

How is it benefitting your company?
In the past, we were supported sufficiently by Vodacom Group, which we will still be, but I believe if one local person is certified as an Ethics Officer, our quest to be a trusted company is more likely to be quenched.
