I attended the training to be equipped with the right skills and knowledge to support my department in ethics management.

First and foremost, I now know which route to take when faced with a ethical dilemmas; it has also given me an opportunity to interact with likeminded people.

I feel more confident in not only supporting the establishment of an ethics officer(s) in my ministry but also getting actively involved in creating interventions to manage ethical risks not only in my department but also in the entire ministry.
