Why did you elect to attend the course?
I developed an interest in ethics when I joined the organisation and fortunately for me my manager at the time saw my potential and sent me on the course.
How did the course benefit you personally?
I got so much more than I anticipated because the course is so informative and practical. I have grown tremendously, am more confident and strive for ethical behaviour daily. And the best part is that in this field you learn everyday.
How did the course benefit your company?
I am contributing towards building an ethical organisation and I’m passionate about helping people to overcome day to day ethical dilemmas in the workplace, and more importantly understand the concept of ethics.
