Why did your company send you to attend this course?
My department is in a process of establishing an internal ethics programme and setting up an ethics committee with a view to give effect to the dictates of the Public Service Anti-corruption strategy. In this regard, I am one of the nominees for the mentioned committee.

How did the course benefit you personally?
For me personally, it gave me some light on some of the grey areas (in my line function) that have always been a bit puzzling especially in relation to our relationship with unions and other key stakeholders.

How is it benefitting your company?
It has made it easier for the Department to have easy access to information on best practices.
