As a member of Execucom, I volunteered to attend the workshop, as I believe that HR is the custodian of ethics in an organisation.

How did this course benefit you personally?
It has equipped me with the necessary skills to be a competent Ethics Officer.

How is it benefiting your company?
I am able to apply the learnings from the workshop to develop and implement an ethics programme in our business. There are now more conversations in the business that relate to ethics. Through our various interventions, we will ensure that a culture of ethical conduct is instilled in our business.
