“Ethics Ambassador” is not a job title. It is a role that anybody in the organisation can take on.
Ethics ambassadors are:
- informal promoters, advocates or guardians of the organisation’s ethics
- from any division/function
- from any hierarchical level
- behaviour ambassadors for the ethics office
- comfortable talking about ethics
- unafraid to point out the ethical consequences of business decisions
So, this training is for you if:
- You have volunteered or been nominated by the ethics office, or been tasked to be the ethics trainer or go-to ethics advisor in your division.
- You are committed to being an ethics role model supporting the ethics office, even if you do not work in a formal ethics management role.
