Cancellation Policy

  1. A registration must be submitted to reserve a seat on a course/workshop. The registration is only confirmed on receipt of full payment, or a Purchase Order in the case of government  departments.
  2. All registrations not paid within two weeks prior to an event may be cancelled to accommodate delegates on a waiting list for that event.
  3. Registrations cancelled 7 working days prior to the event may incur a penalty fee of 25% on their payment. Please notify EthicsSA of any cancellations in  writing.
  4. No registration will be transferred to a following programme / event.
  5. Late registrations will have a 48hour window to confirm their registration and payment.
  6. All delegates not conforming to these terms and conditions will be cancelled at no cost to EthicsSA.
  7. Registered members who have made payment, may be substituted at any time prior to the  event without incurring an additional fee.  Please notify EthicsSA of the change in writing.
  8. Government Departments: An order number must accompany all registrations by government employees.
